Woke up to stunning lake vistas each morning. The peaceful ambiance was amplified by friendly staff and a cozy room that suited my family well.

However, we did encounter some unsettling smells in the hallways and faced delays with our breakfast which could have been smoother.

The property is well situated next to a large park, perfect for both relaxation and family activities. I appreciated the stunning view of the lake from my room, which added a special touch to my stay. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided sincere assistance when needed.

However, I faced some delays in service that affected my overall experience.

The lack of staff availability between 6 PM and 7 AM makes accessing basic services a challenge, including a confusing check-in process that requires picking up keys from a different hotel several kilometers away. Breakfast orders were mixed up, arriving late and incomplete, which can sour a morning start. Lastly, the hotel cleanliness didn't match expectations for the price, with stained walls and an unpleasant odor in certain areas.

The location was absolutely breathtaking, nestled near a serene lake with stunning mountain views that took my breath away. The spacious King Room with Lake View was perfect for relaxing while soaking in those views. To top it off, the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making our stay feel like a home away from home.

residence parc des eaux vives has a lovely location inside a mini sports park, overlooking the serene lake. the queen room with a garden view was cozy with all the necessary amenities. we enjoyed the convenience of being close to downtown and loved the attentive service at the seasonal cafe, especially allowing us to bring our own birthday cake.

The stay was lovely, with a beautiful view overlooking the lake and a tranquil park setting perfect for relaxation. The Queen Room with Garden View was cozy and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, particularly in accommodating our dining needs and making our experience memorable. However, the breakfast service could use improvement, as it arrived later than requested.

I had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed water skiing nearby and took a stunning boat ride on the lake. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff at the cafe offered lovely views and allowed us to bring a birthday cake, making it special. Highly recommend trying the pan-fried perch. it's a true local delight!

However, there was a hiccup with our breakfast order. We requested it for 8:00 AM, but it came late at 8:20 AM and was for two instead of one. It was a bit frustrating when we were trying to start our day.
